Chicago-based T.A.G. Restaurants, a restaurant management group specializing
in great food, served friendly and fast, is run by a family with more
than three generations of Chicago food-service roots, the Alpogianis trio
of father Gus and his two sons, George and Manolis. Founded in 1995, T.A.G.
Restaurants currently owns and operates eight dining establishments in
Chicago and surrounding suburbs, and expanded to Peoria, Ill., in October
2003.
