SCENIC BUCKINGHAM CAFE & GRILL INTRODUCES NEW MENU AND SUNDAY BRUNCH

CHICAGO, June 19, 2003 — Love outdoor dining but would lov it even more without the auto exhaust ambiance? Refreshingly tasty new salads include: Spring Miz Salad of mesclun greens, goat cheese, red graphes, strawberries served with balsamic vinaigrette dressing; Mandarin Chicken Salad of mixed greens, grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, crispy noodles with sesame ginger dressing; Classic Cobb Salad; and Chicken Caesar Salad.

Able to appease any, Buckingahm Cafe offers a fine selection of made-to-order sandwiches, including: Asiago Roast Beef, oven-roasted beef, smoked cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion with horseradish sauce on Asiago baguette; Turkey Vegetable, freshly slicked turkey, sauteed red, yellow pepper, asparagus, provolone cheese and pesto spread on herb foccaccia; Fancy Ham, honey pit ham, sliced tomato, red onion caraway harvati, Dijon mustard and mayon, served on Pretzel bread; Tuscan Chicken Panini, grilled chicken, mozzarella, fresh basil with artichoke tomato spread on sour dough bread; ;and Athenian Veggie, roasted red peppers, cucumbers, feta cheese, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, garlic hummus on herb bollo.
